Hi, I'm new here and need some questions answered so that I can take full advantage of the InsideFlyer promos.

1) Besides American, are there other airlines that grant lifetime FF status fairly easily (little actual flying required)?

2) When paying for coach and upgrading with miles, do you normally get mileage credit and/or Q-miles? (assuming your non-upgraded coach ticket qualifies)

3) For the Starwood/Inside Flyer promo, how long are starpoints good for before they expire? What if I stay there once a year?I'm thinking about keeping most of the starpoints in SPG and transfering them only when necessary.
