I agree with the above and have similar experiences.

In the US, I can't remember a problem. In Australia the Melbourne Marriott NEVER gets my posting right. I have stayed there 10 times. My take is that their computer system is at fault. I just keep my folio handy and send it in after the 10-day waiting period.

Other things go wrong, too, like the rate charged! I have also been able to claim the Platinum Guarantee twice when they messed that up.

On the other hand, once I fax my folio into the Salt Lake Center, my nights and points are posted within a few days. Only once did I have to do a second request, which was posted within 24 hours.
