just had another classic conversation with the call centre:
me: "I'm calling about the new offer as per the email I've just received"
agent: "what offer"
me: "GBP 1069 to Las Vegas and other fares to US/Carribean"
agent: "there is no promotion - it has finished"
me: "the email today said book before 7 August"
agent: "well the fares must be there. keep trying differrent dates on the website"
me: " I have - they don't exist"
agent: "I suggest you wait 3 or 4 days and it should work."
There is not a worse organisation to deal with than the BMI call centre - I wonder how much business they lose just because people give up and go elsewhere.
