Does anyone know how you can still put in a request to the seat snatchers since the change of seating policy?

There is only 1 bassinet position in Club on a 767 (4B) and even though the whole cabin is empty there is someone sat in the seat next to the bassinet position (4A) (this is open for general allocation so they are not "avec enfant").

Means my wife and I will be across the aisle will be across the aisle from each other, which is no great shakes, but some people may take offence when she decides to feed the baby herself in the aisle row - the seat next to the bassinet is better as it is forward facing window seat on the 767 so more private.
