What kind of a problem are you having? I've just tried it and it worked fine for CX flights.
To be precise, I try CX YYZ to HKG on Oct 26 for J class seatmap. I error message come up "Unable to find request flight: Please try a different seatmap method. Flight unavailable"
After I saw your message, I tried JFK to HKG. The seatmap did come up
