Barnes & Noble is tied in with Northwest WorldPerks to earn miles and they are also tied in with the new ClickRewards program. The deal is one mile per dollar spent and they also are part of several other programs. There's also MilesMall.com which is tied in with America West FlightFund and the Alaska Mileage Plan (and soon I hear with Delta SkyMiles) and they partner with Amazon for 1 mile per 3 dollars spent.
