Mahalo!

(FWIW I didn't post the links to these shuttles in the Turtle Bay Transportation thread since these shuttles aren't exclusively for TBR and thought this info could benefit more FTers if posted in a more general thread).

But thank you for sharing that you've used Oahu Airport Shuttles before - that's very helpful. They were actually referred to me when I called Ilima Tours so with that recommendation and your personal experience, I'll give them a shot. (And then I'll post on the TBR transportation thread when I have first hand experience to report).

Edited to add:

The Oahu Airport Shuttle company had me leery. I was not able to get someone to answer my call no matter what time of day, or day of week that I called, and no matter which voicemial prompt I used. The only time I got a human was when I selected the "Business Office" option and spoke with a rude man with a very unprofessional demeanor. I emailed a question to them on July 26 and as today, July 30, I've yet to receive a reply. Further, their website hasn't functioned properly since I've been looking at it the last several days and it's dated 2002.

So I did what I should have done in the first place and I asked the concierge at the TBR for a shuttle recommendation. He referred:
http://www.isletransporter.com/

I called at 8:00AM Hawaii time on a Sunday morning and the phone was answered directly, professionally and helpfully. Their cost is $75 one way. They take a credit card to guarantee the reservation but don't charge you until the service and you'll also have the option to pay in cash. I just looked at their site and it looks good to me.
