I'm glad to hear they are back (still awaiting my MP statement w/ 2 sets of upgrades certs).

I like to give them out for simple things like a friendly FA, Gate Agent, etc.. , or if I see someone doing something special for another passenger. I believe it encourages the employees to go the extra mile.
