Quick question, can the call centre enter passport details into your reservation for travel to the USA, on an award booking?

If yes, should it then show up on checkmytrip.com?


I ask because i was able to enter the US address i will be staying at using flybmi.com, but when i enter the passport details it gives an error message. The US address does show up on checkmytrip.com

So i tried getting the call centre to enter the passport details, and he said he was doing it, but now it doesnt show on checkmytrip, and im not totally convinced he was able to do it.
