You can try:

AC238 13:15 (YVR) - 15:40 (YEG) connect to AC8386 16:15 (YEG) - 17:21 (YMM)

AC242 16:55 (YVR) - 19:20 (YEG) connect to AC8388 21:35 (YEG) - 22:41 (YMM)
WS 170 13:30 (YVR) - 15:53 (YEG) connect to WS 29 17:45 (YEG) - 18:37 (YMM) 4hr 7min

WS 140 18:30 (YVR) - 20:53 (YEG) connect to WS 145 21:30 (YEG) - 22:22 (YMM) 2hr 52min

There are many more with varying connections times. best to go through YEG as the have the most flighjts to the North, plus it is in the right direction
