When AA went from a charity to a business they started charging fees for things like changing tickets where the passenger's goal is for them to lose some money. Odd behaviour indeed. Oh wait - they never were a charity.

What amazes me is who'd care about a $19 fare drop. Honey, we can get the kidney transplant and the Bentley out of pawn now.
