Thanks for the tip Mileage Addict. I have checked my latest statement and so far, No disabiity/accident insurance.

Have not had problems in the past few years with UA Mileage Plus Visa. I check the statements to make sure I'm getting all my miles.

A few times early in my "association' with MP VISA my miles were not credited. About five phone calls and two letters later (the last call and letter threatening to take my business to AAdvantage) poof, all the miles appeared!
