Well, four options.

1) Wait until check-in and pay a fee (ranges from $30-$100 or so) for E+, and still be subject to availability and lacking seat selection. This is offered either at OLCI (online check-in), by an Easy Checkin machine, or by an agent. If it's not offered, you can always ask!
2) Pay for Economy Plus Access ($299 for all your flights for a year), and be able to book it for all your flights, now.
3) Earn 25k EQMs in a calendar year and become Premier.
4) Get someone here to give you Premier or Premier Associate status. Good luck with that.
