You know, I spend so much time complaining sometimes that I am glad your question caused me to reflect on how good we all have it with UA. I am blessed to have enough control over my travel to at least choose my airline, if not the fare, class, etc.

In a former job, I HAD to fly US Scareways. And now that I can choose, it's ALWAYS UA, for the many non-stops, for the big planes, for the overall professional service, for the international desitinations and for the numerous connection options to a particular destination. So the size of the airline, one of its major problems, is also its biggest asset. It really IS the best airline in the skies.

OK, enough holiday cheer for UA, now back to complaining.
