AFAIK, it is a canx and rebook jobbie, so you would have to pay the canx fee and, if you have paper tickets, you would also have to send them back and get in return the new tickets issued. The greatest potential problem is losing availability in the existing reservation, as there is no guarantee that they will necessarily go back to the award pool.
