Have to admit I've only briefly glanced at Priceline once. Is it basically bidding for unwanted rooms, at cheaper-than-normal prices? With no guarantee as to which place you'll actually be staying in? Sounds like a good system...I'll have to check it out.
Re: Parking...yeah, so I'm reading. Guess we'll just put up with it...we'll probably be there for 2-3 nights on our way to Yosemite. Is there anywhere reasonably close to the SF CBD (say 20min drive) you can stay with cheaper or free parking?
