Hell, who knows!?!?!

I asked to add an additional sector to an existing PNR and was told NO NO NO. So I go out and purchase 2 O/W's for $700.00.

Today as I see a fellow FT'er has not only rerouted but also changed carriers.

So I call back, and I'm told sure no problemo!!!!

I've emailed Joanna as I'm a bit miffed at the inconsistency of the call centre staff.
