In-Seat Power In Affaires (772 Aircraft)

I am about to book a flight from HKG-to BOS, via CDG on AF and looking at the seat map I see two different 744 and 772 aircraft on these routes (772 HKG-CDG and 744 CDG-BOS).

Does anyone know if these aircraft are use inter-changeably , or if the aircraft on these routes usually have the newer Affaires seats with the emPower ports for plugging in and getting work done? I can't find any info on this, an AF's reservations folks on the phone could not answer the question.
