spg.com is a global booking site, so if Starwood advertises a "Government Employee" rate, this surely must apply to any employee of any Government anywhere in the world.

Government Employee Id
.Govt Id Required At Check-In
I don't see, anywhere, a stipulation that this is restricted to
American Government Employees. Or have I missed something ?
