For some reason, at first glance I only noticed the British 'portion' of the Australian flag but then I noted the Southern Cross stars (which is somewhat hidden by the wing). Maybe it was just too subtle for me?
Could a V and the stars coexist on the tail, to complete the Ansett look... A V is almost an inVerted A.

We could then call it Bransett Australia, once it flies.
Would Singapore Airlines be interested in a stake in the enlarged airline?
