The A340 on JFK-AMM gets pretty good reviews -- seat pitch is 81 inches vs 76 for BA. Does anyone havea direct comparison? (Actually, the detour through Canada because of award probably kills BA, unless it is really much better. I was thinking of Bermuda, but then noticed the BDA flight goes to Gatwick...)

Ok, I see that RJ now has the A310 to BKK. Pity there is no full business class on this route on any oneworld carrier!
