Boy, it must have gone downhill a lot since I stayed there a few years ago. We thought the beds were great and the CL was superior to anything we'd ever seen in the US at any Marriott. My room was large, even by western standards, and every associate I dealt with was most definitely fluent in English (to the point where we thought they must have sent them all to work in U.S. hotels because they were even fluent in slang, contractions, etc.).
