Ok, pretezls - no not worthy of the mighty CEO (because it isn't a service failure, it's a matter of preference).
As for "someone has pinched my seat", too right I would complain, the staff treated tedhl badly, that is a service issue, I certainly would write to the CEO.
Remember, tedhl, is talking about a complain which WAS NOT resolve on the spot by the airline staff.
I thought Baobab was the only one who picked fights with me (thanks for pointing that out Rudi).
