Merry Flyer, well...contacting the CEO to resolve every petty complaint is not what leading consumer advocates recommend. I say that is not proper business conduct to try to contact the CEO over minor complaints.
Since I am now curious, could you write the United Airlines' CEO and ask if every comment is read?...I am sure you will get a response. Any Fortune 500 CEO's wish to comment? ..since they are all probably reading these posts.
