You will likely have zero lucky getting credit for the ones you don't have BPs for, sorry.
It is also worthwhile to have look at the MP earnings thread, to double check that you were in an eligible fare class.
If you were, you can try faxing in e-ticket receipts, but I doubt you'll get any credit w/out BPs. Good luck.
