This is a call to action! If, like me, you are thoroughly SICK of the *disgusting* mustard pretzels that United now EXCLUSIVELY serves on short flights or with beverage service, do as i did and COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO UAL -- TODAY! For some unfathomable reason, United has phased out prezels and peanuts on ALL flights. The choice now seems limited to onion sesame sticks or DISGUSTING MUTARD PRETZELS.

i noticed the trend beginning about a year ago, but now it seems permanent and system-wide. Look, I can go without a snack (or stop by the rcc and pick up free peanuts or pretzels to carry on with me), but the STENCH of those pretzels is overwhelming even if the only person eating them is three rows away. I ALWAYS compalain to F.A.s about them and they always agree and mention that LOTS of people complain.

The taste is disgusting, the stench is intolerable. Write UAL today...PLEASE!
