I agree that there are fewer bits falling off but I have also experienced being moved because seat or IFE not working - I reckon about 30% of the time. I have also had to stay put when it has been full and the service recovery has been the usual: appalling.
I think F is in desperate need of an update and don't get me started on the variability of the crew...

By the way, has anyone noticed the flowers going downhill? (mind you, why do they bother with them??)
