For the itineraries you mention, you don't -- the current aa.com bonus is 125 miles per one-way (in economy) or 250 miles per round-trip.
The only way a person would earn more than 250 miles would be if each one-way had two or more segments -- AFAIK, the AAdvantage system still gives 125 miles per segment.

Of course, we won't mention that this is technically a violation of the CoC, and may result in a penalty equivalent to the fare difference between the two if caught (though the odds may be slim of actually being caught).
