I think it may be important to point out that I'm sensing an annual limit on all redemptions.

My husband regligously redeems every quarter to his HH account. In late May he redeemed for a DL award. I think this was his 5th or 6th reward since Aug 06.

The surveys completely stopped coming. Not a single one since June 2. He's stuck at $47 that has to be used by July 31.

I'm getting multiple surveys every week and haven't redeemed as much as him. I save for the one redemption each year to either CO or AA. I seem to recall this happening to me one year where I redeemed alot.

Anyone else seeing this pattern?
