I noticed this message in red when I view my itineraries online. I don't believe it's needed as I believe ALL the itineraries I have outstanding are currently listed. There is one that is currently being refunded and the miles replaced (hopefully) in my account. (It was an award ticket that was cancelled but not immediately refunded in case I wanted to make use of that award as it was based on the old mileage chart)

Anyway, is it trying to retrieve that itinerary being held in ether somewhere or is this a message that everyone sees these days?
