Since at the present time there is no International F flights out of Brisbane that lounge would be a ghost town. Certainly if F class is introduced to Brisbane then a lounge would follow. Do not hold your breath!
Last time I flew internationally from BNE there was a (small) QF F lounge, full of WP & CLs. A bit like the larger AKL F lounge, although AKL at least has LA F service twice a day.
