I had the "unknown" show up on a ticket I purchased last week....from what I could tell...it stayed that way for about two days, from the time I confirmed the reservation over the phone until I rec'd the "e-ticket confirmation" e-mail. Seemed like some kind of ticket limbo or ticket purgatory that it waits in until it crosses the river from "purchased" to "ticketed."
