On the bi-monthly?? mileage statements mailed out, there is a "fare bonus" column. I was under the impression that was a bonus for paying for a full-fare ticket. Is that wrong on my part? If I am right, and didn't get a fare bonus when I received my statement, should I contact UA? Thanks for your help.
