Agreed. Obviously, CO has a virtual monopoly out of IAH. Regarding EWR, they compete a lot more with BA/VS than they ever would with UA.
I am curious to see what CO will do when it introduces the next generation of BF. Knowing Kellner I will bet that seat pitch will not be significantly increased, thus precluding both lie-flat and suites, and that the most significant innovations will come in the area of AVOD and connectivity (power, usb, ipod, internet).
