I don't see any 5* around YYZ on either biddingfortravel or betterbidding, but the general answer is 'no' unless you're really sure there's no other such premises in a small to moderate city settings. On the other hand, # of review comments on priceline is a good indicator of hotel's participation in the program.
Some prefer deeper discount on priceline, others like hotwire's detailed amenity info before purchase. Further info available at 'travel bidding' forum.
