I don't think you could see your seating request online. You will
not be able to use online check-in as you are connecting from a UA flight. SQ OLCI only works if you originate with a flight on SQ. UA at SEA will be able to issue SQ boarding pass for you using SQ pre-assigned seats. UA, however, may not be able to change seating for you. I won't worry too much about it as long as you have the seating request in the PNR. Have a good trip.
