I stay here multiple times a year for Biz in Columbus (AND to get my stays in for PLAT!). The hotel IS in need of refurbishment. The restaurant evening meal is quite poor, breakfast is buffet and adequate. Pool and hot tub are good. Nothing really to upgrade PLATs to. Staff is acceptable.
Like,,, what do you really expect from 4 Points? Free lobby Internet and fax and printer.
