Here are my answers:
1. How did you sell it? ebay, craigslist, friend who "talked" ?? Craigslist sold two

2. How did the catch you? Not sure

3. Did they cancel all Awards you had, Credits, Companion Pass, or What? No travel was completed.

4. How many credits, awards, etc. did you lose?There were no rewards left in account after sale of the two (one in Jan one in July)

They did send me the initial warning letter. The second cancel came fedex. Can no long log into the account. I have not tried to open a new one.
