William, I am guessing from this that you tried a beta test last time and it didn't work well? If so, the problem was with how you managed the beta test. The problem is not with beta testing in general. You could have simply chosen say 10 different Flyertalkers and/or others and discovered many of the bugs we are experiencing now. The people you choose are obviously critical!
With respect to you William, this is something EVERY OTHER MAJOR HOTEL WEBSITE DOES!! Intercontinental recently launched a new website and did a great job. They did a staged launch with only the US customers getting the new website.
We are continually stumped at why Starwood, such an otherwise great hotel chain, continually fails us with their website. That is the reason there is such vitriol in this thread. It is because we care.
