I like this idea a lot

The company I work for has a couple events each year that can have as much as 75% of us travelling. We review travel policies, local transportation options, and hotel info for the benefit of all, and especially infrequent travelers. But we don't go so far as to discuss finer points such as how non-stops reduce risk by eliminating connections. Time permitting I'm going to work on this.
