I can definitely see the phone rule logic, and to a certain extent I agree with it, since I hate people yapping loudly on their cellphones in "public" areas. That being said, on my way in I asked the FA if it would be ok to snap a picture of the seat, and she told me only after takeoff. So it is all electronic devices...
