I hadn't thought of it but, yes, I agree. I think I'd start by sending everyone to FT! Ironically, my last employer blocked it from the company server, even though what I've learned here has made my business travel more cost-effective and productive.

I'd also make sure everyone knew the ground rules about what will and will not be reimbursed, who owns bump vouchers, etc. to save future aggravation.
