As a matter of interest, did bmindia say that the taxes hadn't loaded and they had to do them manually...?

I have found that with almost all of my redemption bookings of late.

If the taxes loaded automatically, like they should, they would come straight from the amadeus booking system, which bmi wouldn't really be able to change, unless they added little extras in it.

Think I am going to ask for a full breakdown of the taxes in my next booking...
