I've taken this flight quite a few times, and yes, dinner is served and is typically as quoted above. If these kinds of choices don't appeal to you, consider requesting a special meal which of course has to be done well in advance of the flight. I usually request the Hindu meal for this particular flight, even though I am not a vegetarian. I've rather enjoyed that meal.
