TW flies 767-300s from STL to Maui and Honolulu- since the airline only has 2-class configured planes, the FC cabin is the same as the TWOne flights internationally.

This means a ton of legroom (57" of pitch- way more than you can use) and close to a full recline, but also a 2x2x2 seating arrangement. The service isn't a full-on TWOne meal service, but is upgraded from domestic F. The in-seat video system is also operational. Very senior STL based flight crews, and usually very good in F.

From what I have experienced and read, preferable to any other US domestic carrier in F except for possibly CO.
