They told me no. Got the idea that I could cancel and later reticket for a change fee but not get a refund. So if I cancelled the $500 ticket I'd have $500 credit to use on one future flight. But if that flight cost less than $500 less a change fee, I would not get a refund. So assuming the change fee is $35, to get the $350 ticket I'd have to pay $35 and still would not get back the $150 difference.

www.yapta.com It keeps track of ticket prices, including the price of a ticket you've already purchased. It works with Frontier's booking systems - you just plugg in your flight info and purchase price and it takes care of the rest.
Have used it. Get alerts but when I go check the prices NEVER existed. Was just told my Cancun ticket dropped $95 for down 0n 12-22 and back on 12-29. Only problem was the lower price was only for a return on the 30th. Have had other bad Yapta yap as well.
