Probably not. They seem to be using the aircraft for low-yield, medium-haul routes at the moment - Cairo, Kazakhstan, and now Pakistan. I don't see them sending one of those birds to a destination with lots of premium traffic, or to destinations where they need more capacity than an A300 can deliver. DXB fits comfortably into both categories, so it should be safe.
I could imagine these aircraft appearing in Africa though - Accra comes to mind (if LH decides to go back). Perhaps Addis and/or Khartoum as well.
The A300 is an incredibly versatile aircraft, so there are a lot of possible routes out there for it.
