Ah, they allow you to ship "Japanese Culture" through the service? I suppose that's why so many older Japanese are complaining about the loss of culture in the youth today - it's being shipped out via EMS!

(BTW - I first thought that they were training postal employees in emergency medical services (EMS), to take the burden off hospitals or something.)
