I left one flight iteration between my scheduled flight and the SYD departure for my trip a couple weeks ago. Spent about 5 hours in the IFL Nice showers...

Just take the afternoon flight (UA15 today) and enjoy a nice layover. I didn't have them reference ("link") anything in the UF, but perhaps it wouldn't hurt.
