Just completed stays at the FS, Fullerton, IC, Conrad and Grand Hyatt here in SIN. I still give the FS the edge in terms of the level and consistency of service. The Fullerton is improving as well but at peak times the service is still very slow.

The IC is REALLY trying hard to up their service levels. As a Royal Ambassador I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite but the service all around is markedly better than in stays past. The Conrad has slipped and the Grand Hyatt was downright awful. My first stay at the Grand Hyatt left a foul taste in my mouth -- I will not be returning.
